Lifetime Tarnish-Free Guarantee

We proudly offer a lifetime tarnish-free guarantee on our jewelry. If your piece tarnishes at any time after purchase, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading from friction, or other cosmetic changes that occur over time with regular use. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals (such as perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or cleaning products) is also not covered.

Broken Jewelry

We do not offer returns or replacements for jewelry that has been broken or physically damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or excessive wear.

Warranty Claims

To submit a claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the item. Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Permanent Jewelry

If your permanent jewelry needs to be removed (for example, for an MRI, X-ray, or surgery), we are happy to re-weld it as long as the original chain is reusable.

Re-weld Fee: $10 per piece

Chain Condition

• Chains must be returned in good, reusable condition.
• If the chain is damaged, stretched, kinked, or broken beyond repair, a new chain must be purchased.
