Jewelry Warranty & Return Policy
1. Tarnish-Free Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. Our pieces come with a year tarnish-free guarantee. If your jewelry tarnishes within a year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. This guarantee covers tarnishing caused by normal wear and use under standard conditions.
2. Exclusions
The tarnish-free guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, etc.), or physical damage such as scratches or dents.
3. No Returns or Replacements for Broken Jewelry
Please note that our policy does not allow for returns or replacements of jewelry that has been broken or damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or wear and tear. We recommend handling all jewelry with care to prevent unnecessary damage.
4. Warranty Claims
To make a claim under the tarnish-free guarantee, please contact us within a year of your purchase date with proof of purchase and images of the affected item. We will assess the issue and proceed with the appropriate resolution.
5. Permanent Jewelry
If your permanent jewelry needs to be removed for any reason (including medical procedures such as MRI, X-rays, or surgery), we are happy to re-weld it for you as long as the original chain is reusable.
-Re-weld fee: $10 per piece
Chain Condition
- The chain must be returned in good, usable condition.
- If the chain is damaged, stretched, kinked, or broken beyond repair, a new chain will need to be purchased.
